I am a first time home buyer and not very familiar with the inspection process, but Nick was patient and thorough with all of my questions. The inspection report was very detailed and he took the time to explain any concerns I had with what he found. Highly recommend hiring if you want someone that you can trust to have your best interest in mind.

Don't bother calling the other 2 guys in town! One wouldn't answer his out of state phone number, and the other guy was 100$ more. Not to mention the guy that was 100$ more put the G in ghetto! U don't answer your phone like a felon, and yell at the kids in the background and sound like you spent 15 yrs. in San Quinton! So unprofessional I could barley stay on the phone, I was praying for him to finish his rant and hang up the phone! Thank God for Nick @ Hook & Ladder Home Inspections! I am scared to think what type of service I would have got if Nick wasn't around! ?????????. Thanks Nick, you are my only option in the Manhattan, JC area!
