Every step of this process was made SUPER convenient by Brian. I had to have the inspection while I was out of state working and was able to set it up, pay for it, and have it done all in a matter of days- AnND he sent results the very same day! On top of this, the report was very easy to understand but he let me ask him a bunch of questions about possible repairs and how and which ones I could do myself which is awesome. He even gave me the reassurance I needed about my home selection choice as I will be a first time buyer. I highly recommend this business and Brian for all your home inspection needs. A+++

Brian was very quick with responding. When I called him, he stopped what he was doing to answer my call, very professional and explained everything to a tee and answered any questions I had. He was very thorough with his inspection and returned his findings in a very reasonable amount of time.
