I took my child in on a busy afternoon recently and received great care. They offered her to use the bathroom immediately so they could test a sample while we waited to be seen (also because bladder urgency was a symptom she was experiencing). Staff was apologetic for the wait but we were understanding knowing there is lots of sickness going around. ATB were sent promptly to our pharmacy. We appreciated the service!
11+ stars for Darryl!!Went in to get my sister seen for an ear infection and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He let me see what a ear infection looks like and what a normal ear looks like. He answered all my questions and at the end I got a lollipop and STICKERS!!Sadly when I got home I couldn’t find my lollipop anymore I have my stickers!!!Thank you again Darryl you made our morning!! You are amazing!! (Hopefully I spelled your name correctly I called and they gave me the spelling)
