Called them and they came the next morning. An hour and a half later they diagnosed and fixed my heater. The same heater that another local company said was unfixable and needed replaced. They earned a loyal customer today.

They came out relatively quickly and even came back when I had to call a second time. They are fixing my ac as soon as the part comes in.**update**The compressor came in quickly and now my house is back at 72°F! This is the coolest it has been in quite some time.
