The customer service is amazing !! Bella Donna's staff is very kind and accommodating.They do get very busy so you can't wait until the last minute to schedule , they will try their best to get you in as soon as possible . I just cannot express how happy I am right now. Joelle is absolutely amazing. I was surprised even she (because I already knew how amazing she was from reading all these reviews) could make my nails look so beautiful. She never insulted my nails. Only one other nail tech has ever not. From working factory my nails were so broken and brittle. My cuticles were cracked and just gross looking. She never tried pushing me putting tips on and just went to work with what little nails I have. She has definitely earned a life long customer!Service: Manicure
