Absolutely wonderful service. We had some air conditioning issues. They worked hard to try and fix it but unfortunately we had to get a whole new system. They gave a very fair quote and got right on top of putting the new system in the moment it arrived. They are for sure out go to for any future heating and air needs. Affordable, prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. 100% recommend them.
Called them one day and they were here the next day. Good thing we had our furnace checked because the water pan for condensation which was under the furnace in the attic was full of water due to the drain line being clogged. Much longer and it would have spilled over and ran through to the ceiling. I highly recommend these people and especially Mason.
I want to take a minute to shout out Independence Heating and Air! We have special circumstances because of my sister and they are always prompt and reasonably priced. They are awesome! If you need someone for hvac in the Indy area, I would definitely recommend!
