I appreciated the timeliness and quality of work done. I do have a question, do you know how long he set the generator to run on the test Tuesday, It ran for about 20 minutes last week, which seems really long.

I called Service Plus for a bid on a new panel and some miscellaneous work needing done in my home. Arlynn put me on the schedule and was at my home promptly as he said he’d be. He took the time to listen to my concerns and questions and after walking me through all that he suggested he gave me a clear explanation of the quote he was giving me and then put me on the schedule for the work. The work he did was exceptional, I believe the pricing was fair for the work he did and he was very respectful of my home, he was quick and cleaned up and I felt safer knowing a professional like Arlynn did the work.
