Very, very friendly staff. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Best price I have found for my son's braces. He has had brackets come off, but they were quick to fix the issue. I recommend for sure.

Recently got my Invisalign through Dr. Hansen and have been thoroughly impressed with the process so far! Dr. Hansen and his staff were awesome to work with and very friendly. Definitely recommend treatment at this office!

want to UPDATE this review and say that the very next day I got a call from the manager and was treated very kindly as well as was informed of some information I didn't have before. I appreciate this and the fact that they are paying attention and working with their customers.While in general the staff is very nice, they have horrible communication skills. I have called on two separate occasions to pick something up for my daughter and their Wichita office called and told me they would be there, however they didn't tell me I was talking to their Wichita office so I wasted time going to Hutchinson office for no reason.
