I came in today with my son to get a couple of haircuts done. First, I will say that our stylist did a great job with him. He came out looking really good. When it came to my turn, it was going pretty well and then I asked if they could do a heartbeat pattern. Just a simple up-and-down pattern on the side of my head. I explained that I have a son with a heart condition and I wanted to do it to represent him. Apparently they did have somebody that could do that, but was unwilling to try because they didn't feel like they had the right type of clipper for it. I was willing to allow them to try and do it. I was really wanting it done, but they were not willing to do and that was frustrating. So instead, they decided to tell me that I can go somewhere else to get that done. Except for the part where I'm gonna have to spend more money somewhere else just to get that done after I already spent $33 today doing this. Just makes me a bit sad. What's really sad is I came here today because I couldn't get into great clips and I know that if I would've gone there, they would've at least tried to do it. This would've meant a lot to me it's just sad.

Missy is absolutely AMAZING! She listens to her customers and creates conversation. She has an amazing heart and is fun to be around. Missy is very respectful and really gets to know her people. You ALWAYS feel special when you come in to see her.
