The car wash damaged my driver side front fender I called and showed them damaged and no response back at all customer service is horrible rude and obnoxious all they care about is the next sell

Wasn't pleased. Asked about Elite wash to make sure it did undercarriage...we were told it did. We live on dirty muddy roads...NO undercarriage wash though, under car was dry. Good thing we have something at home to wash underneath. Back of car was still somewhat dirty too. For what they charge - I expected better.
