As much as we don’t love having to go to the vet, we truly love seeing everyone here. Dr. Miller always takes her time and carefully walks me through what’s going on and all of my options, which I appreciate so much. Celia and Molly are consistently kind, helpful, and take such great care of us. From my older dog to my new puppy, they have treated both with genuine love and compassion. We are so grateful to have a vet clinic we trust completely.

If I could give them negative, I would kept treating my dog for a uti while he had a hernia and a prolapse. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE

Senior dog owners beware. Dr. Logan killed my fur baby. After several visits we were told by Dr Miller that the meds she was given by him for hip pain advanced her kidney disease and my baby of 16 years no longer could eat ,sleep and had trouble breathing. If we would have been warned that this could happen over arthritis meds we would not have given them to her. We would of search for alt. Options. After 600.00 here we were guided to take her to wichita emergency hospital where she was laid to rest. I am sharing this so senior dog owners know what can happen. They did not give us a warning at all.Our total financial loss was almost 2k. We lost a child that day.

Customer service representative was rude and hung the phone up on me while I was trying to talk on the phone about my puppy getting bit! Horrible customer service!

Upon arriving in Hutchinson for a dog show, I received word from my local (Savannah, MO) vet that my 10 month old puppy had a medical condition requiring medicine as soon as possible. Since we would not be home for 5 days, I called Apple Lane to ask if they would allow my vet to call a script to them for me to pick up. It was almost closing time, so they said they would call in the morning. The next morning, they let me know that they had the meds my puppy needed. I immediately went to get them, expecting to pay for the meds plus a fee for their inconvenience. It didn't seem to matter to them that I lived out of town and would most likely not be back - they couldn't have been nicer. My total bill was $12.71. If anyone is looking for a vet in Hutchinson, KS, I highly recommend Apple Lane.

Apple Lane is always amazing with my dogs whether it is when they are sick or for their annual visits. They are caring and compassionate and love my animals. I always fell like they have my pets best interests at heart
