A functional gym in a small town. Plus, it has an indoor pool and a hot tub, a bit dated, but still pretty cool to use during the winter to help me dream that i'm on a beach vacation. There's are a few machines, ellipticals, stationary bikes, treadmills, weight machines, and a room downstairs that has some weights and cardio strength equipment for exercise classes and an indoor small walking area track for the winter. The therapy workers are amazing and explain everything to you, encourage you, motivate you and are very knowledgeable in their field of work. They have everything you need to get back to full health! They work with your schedule when setting up appointments! Try them out!

It has everything you need to accomplish your fitness goals cardio and lifting. Up to date equipment (free weights and cardio machines), clean environment, and very affordable. I'm taking away one start just coz they Dnt have any music in place also It'll be perfect if they add sauna and steam.
