Many visitors have praised the gorgeous property and the excellent, attentive staff. One customer had an amazing experience with the couples’ hot tub service, which included champagne and treats, massages, and a steam shower experience. They found everything fabulous and the staff great. Another couple enjoyed a wonderful massage, highlighting the calm and lovely atmosphere. They appreciated the time spent in the jacuzzi and steam shower before their massage, and they found their massage therapists to be among the best they have ever had. Despite minor concerns, customers consistently praised the spa's atmosphere, customer service, and the overall experience, making Rock Haven Spa & Salon a highly recommended destination for relaxation and rejuvenation.
From the moment we stepped into the spa to leaving, we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. The whirlpool and peacocks were the highlight. The massages and facials were relaxing - the massage could have been longer but that’s just because of how long it’s been since we’ve had massages. Definitely something we are going to do more often!
The only drawback for me was there were no gluten free options for the snacks - the peacocks enjoyed them though!
