They did not show up when they said they would totally forgot to mow for a month. When they showed up they did two passes and left instead of telling me they just didn't want to do it. They made up a silly excuse about they didn't want to use your equipment on it. They are unreliable and I would not use them. Luckily there are multiple different lawn care companies in Hays.

Run, hide, don't waste your time or money. Does nice work but not worth the headache or money. Very unethical. Has all types of excuses never provided an estimate after asking for one several times. Doesn't take constructive criticism well. Says one thing for a price or leads a person to believe it will cost so much and then the final bill ended up being twice or three times as much took. Took forever to complete the job but always had an excuse. It's always wanting to do more than requested in order to increase your bill.
