I needed a quote on a new office building, while I was looking for just a simple one liner such as "Great office, better owner!" they provided a series of detailed construction plans. Highly recommended.

I rented a duplex from PWC and I was very pleased with the place. However when it came to getting my security deposit back, they did not return it at all and even charged us an extra $300 that I had to pay them. The outrageous items we were charged for were $80 to replace $5 dollar blinds from Walmart. $50 to repaint the entire inside of the duplex, which it is illegal to charge tenants for normal wear and tear in KS. I was very displeased with PWC and I will not be renting form them again, nor advising anyone to rent form them. This is the 5th time I have used them for local construction. Not only did them get me in my building on time, but they also somehow managed to do it under budget. They are always friendly, professional, nice to work with; and best of all they give you a fantastic finished product!
