A bit rusty but it gets the job done. Clean. Sauna. Great customer service. Has self defense programs and martial arts program. Discounted rates for students. Tanning bad. Upstairs lockers and basement studio. Boxing classes and boxing training equipment. Wide variety of machines and equipment, especially for abs training.

Was in town for work, stopped by. Went around lunch time one day and early afternoon. Wasn’t packed at all, which I like. Cardio area is in the front. Weight area has everything you need, kinda gave me the old school vibes, most plate loaded machines for every body part you need. They got metal plates, rubber and bumper plates. Heavy dumbbells well past 100 pounds. Multiple squat racks, and each one has platforms for deadlifts and a nice Rogue bench next to each of them.

I can't believe how much better this gym has become with the new owners. The last time I was in here (about 4 years ago) I felt very uncomfortable asking for help on how to use the equipment. The new staff is awesom!
