The staff is consistently pleasant and helpful, going out of their way to assist customers in finding what they need. It's an older store and I'm pretty sure they have had problems keeping the doors open ever since the mall in which it's located has all but been abandoned. Despite the struggling surrounding businesses JCPENNEY has managed to maintain its foothold in the iconic mall of Hays America. The staff is always pleasant, not sure if they still have the salon inside anymore but I always have and I assume I will always enjoy their sales and deals on men's shoes.
Brick and mortar still standing and still good selection of clothing. Men's clothing is slightly limited but women's and kids pretty solid. I'll keep putting money in the store.
they seem to have what I need 90% of the time service is very friendly sometimes you can't find someone all the time but when you do find someone to help you they do help you Sephora is it our store so I appreciate that our JC Penny is staying
