My first time at this clinic and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a walk in. My nurse Alex, did an amazing job helping with my diagnosis. I have never felt so cared for at a clinic, and on top of that it was a very comforting environment, I will definitely be going back!

I was seen by Toni Younger for an infected tooth. She was very personable and treated me like a human being not a drug seeker (which has been my experience with hays med). I was prescribed antibiotics and she took the time to discuss my options for dental treatment in hays. She took her time with me and I appreciate that.

We got sick in Colorado skiing, took a home test and one was positive. Stopped by here to confirm. I’m a physician so we were doing all we could to protect those around us. They were kind and accommodating requiring a wait in the car. They were all extremely very friendly and warm and even though they knew we had a positive, did not treat us like we had the plague. They did full work ups and asked all the right questions. Did not instill any worry or fear. They were very relaxed and casual. Surface contamination was not a concern as they passed the pulse ox from known positive to negatives and the family was examined as a unit. I’m not concerned with this treatment for my family bc I can manage surface contamination easily and Covid is more airborne but that could be a concern for others. It took a bit longer than we were told but it was worth the wait to visit this friendly establishment. The whole visit from checkin to walkout was under 2 hours. We would return without hesitation.

Took my daughter here last night. Was seen by Jill D., APRN. She came in the room, was in the room less than 90 seconds. My daughter has been dealing with congestion for a week. Congestion has been running yellow with some brown. She did not even look into my daughter's nose to see if there was any redness or any inflammation. I have been going to the walk in clinic for years. Very disappointed and disgusted in how concerns were not taken seriously.

This urgent care is amazing! I had gone to first care clinic earlier today and they laughed right in my face (literally laughed at me.) and said my sore throat was just allergies and wouldn’t even test me for strep! So I went to this place and couldn’t of had a better experience! The 2 ladies at the front were super sweet and helped me with any questions I had, and the nurse and doctor were just as sweet! Lovely ladies. Turns out I had a very bad case of strep actually (but first care clinic wouldn’t even get me in a room to test me!) this place made me feel welcomed and safe; will be coming here from now on! Super friendly and amazing staff all around

I chose the walk in clinic specifically because I am more comfortable with women than I am with men. After seeing (Dr?) Robben today I am so glad that I did. She listened to my concerns patiently, examined me thoroughly while ensuring that I was comfortable during the entire process and asking me for my consent at every new step, diagnosed me and provided treatment and steps for follow up treatment. I haven't seen a doctor in nearly 20 years because quite honestly they terrify me ... but (Dr?) Robben is not your average doctor and if I ever need medical help again I will definately be seeking her out. Thank you for your extraordinary patient care and bedside manner!!Also my wait time was very minimal ... maybe 10 minutes in total. And with that said I just want to say that I am shocked at the amount of people complaining about wait times. This isn't McDonald's! I get that waiting sucks but do you really want to be seen by someone that is in a rush and not taking the time to actually thoroughly examine and treat you?? Grow up.

I don’t know who the other people have been seeing, but the clerk Lina and Dr. Arias were amazing! Listened and showed that they cared about what needed to be said. My girlfriend went in for what we thought was strep, but turned out to be a viral infection going around. Gave us meds and sent us on our way. Told her she needed rest and even gave her a note to allow a weekend off of work for rest. Enjoyed the experience, and definitely makes going to the walk-in manageable and very nice.

My son went in for a Covid test and was told it could take up to 96 hours (yes, 4 DAYS) for results. They ended up losing his test and the lady on the phone (Danielle, I believe) told me there was no treatment for Covid anyway, as it is viral, so just treat the symptoms with otc products!?! When I asked her if she had ever heard of monoclonal treatment, she said "The antibody test". I told her it was an infusion, at which point she told me they only give iv's if the person is on a ventilator in the hospital. I am dumbfounded at the incompetence at this clinic.
