I had been searching for a gym home and found it here! Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. I really enjoy the structure of the workouts focusing on strength but also having conditioning added in. And as a bonus my kids love the youth program that Brian runs.

I have been going to this gym for roughly 7 years and it is a gym that will always challenge you. From setting goals and achieving them to working through injury Brian and the team can tailor the workouts to meet your needs. This is not a gym that wants you to keep paying and never show up. Brian and his team want to see you there and work with each individual so you can achieve your goals. Give them a try and see what maybe your missing.

I can confidently say KSP is the best gym I’ve ever joined. The community is friendly, the coaches genuinely care, and the support goes far beyond workouts-they’ve helped guide me nutritionally as well. I LOVE that we get together outside the gym too! This place does not just feel like a gym, it feels like home!
