“They're not my vet nor do I even live in the state. I was driving through back home to Houston. Something happened with my dog that worried me. So I called to try to get an emergency visit. They gave me sound advice made me feel better about what's going on and told me to wait until I got home to see her normal vet. They didn't have to comfort me or give me any solutions like they did. Yet they showed care and they did.“
