They're not my vet nor do I even live in the state. I was driving through back home to Houston. Something happened with my dog that worried me. So I called to try to get an emergency visit. They gave me sound advice made me feel better about what's going on and told me to wait until I got home to see her normal vet. They didn't have to comfort me or give me any solutions like they did. Yet they showed care and they did.
I tried brining my dog that had been there 4 years ago cause I thought they were the best place around I drive hours to being him when they would see him! Now I need help with my 12 year old dog an they turned me away!! Thanks!
My dog had a tick imbedded in her nether regions and we asked how much to remove it and they didn't charge us since we were a loyal customer. They're always reasonably priced and prompt service. My dogs don't mind going to the vet which is comforting to me.
