Tried to go and get heartworm and flea protection medicine (that we’ve purchased here before) and the vet accused us of being bad owners and not giving our pets monthly medicine. Our pets have been on this medicine since we’ve gotten them (4 years) and they tried to refuse to give us the medication until we got them tested to see if they were allergic. We had to go home and get our test results sheet from years ago before she would give it to us. She then threw it in the bag angrily when we showed her our test sheet from another vet. When we’re spending $300 to protect our pets and buying medication from you, the least you can do is be kind. We will not be going back.
I took my 10wk old puppy in there for parvo, they kept her for 3 days and didn't even call us to let us know that she had passed through the night. I had to call them to check in on her to see how she was doing and that's when they told me she passed. I told them that I wanted her cremated and I was going to come to pick her up, and they said “we did not keep her remains due to no one calling us back”. Even though I told them over the phone that I was going to come to pick her up when she was ready. We called up there to ask why they don't have her ashes, and they respond with “ do what you want. I don't care, we don't have her ashes”. And hung up the phone.
First time taking Sheba to this vet. They wouldn’t do a culture because of the weekend took her back for the culture. They didn’t call on Friday when they got it back and when I called Saturday they said it will have to wait till Monday. So my poor baby baby has to suffer another two or three days. Five vets on staff and that’s the best you have to offer. Nope I think not. Guess we will keep our 4 fur babies at the current vet.
