We had an issue with the A/C in our office, and they were fantastic to work with. They answered the phone promptly and communicated clearly. They followed up, came out quickly, and got everything fixed fast. Highly recommend their service!

Thanks Tom. Your always there when an emergency arises. Always my 1st choice of plumber/electrian for improvements even if I have to be patient while he puts others with emergencies ahead of me. Have been using him for 30 yrs.

Does not return phone calls in a timely manner, if at all. We spent $300 putting freon in the unit last summer. Home warranty approved putting leak stop in the ac unit but they didn't come back during fall or spring to make the repair and the freon leaked out again. When the air went out this summer we were told it would be several weeks before we were serviced. Unfortunately wr have a child with a medical condition and couldn't wait. They warranty company allowed us to use a different contractor and they were out the next day. Unfortunately we had to pay the deductible and pay for freon again but at least we have air.
