After a mild summer, I finally turned on my air conditioner and nothing but warm air came out. I called the Gardner number for Sante Fe Heating and Air and we scheduled an appointment for later that afternoon. They sent me another text when the technician was on his way to my home and he arrived shortly after that. Graham was an excellent technician. He tested the unit and determined the problem. He put in a couple new parts, thoroughly cleaned, and recharged the unit. I was very satisfied and glad to have cool air coming out of the vents in the house during this current heat wave. The office support was excellent! Courtney was courteous and knowledgable. She identified a tech near my place, and had him dispatched. The tech, Grahm, texted that he was on his way in less than an hour. Shortly after his arrival, he had a diagnosis. I agreed to move forward with the work. His diagnosis proved correct and we had cool air again. Grahm was also courteous and professional. I was out of town during the entire process, but Santa Fe had zero issues taking care of our needs, and relieving the stress of having a down AC unit. Top customer care!!

I've used Santa Fe for our HVAC maintenance for about 10 years. Got updated HVAC system and they provided all the support needed to get the job done and followed up to be sure everything was done right. Recently consulted with them on installing a mini-split for cooling wine room. They were knowledgeable and efficient with the install. Price was very reasonable for the job. They are always on-time, friendly, professional, honest about repair needs, and never try to up-sale. I routinely recommended to friends and neighbors.
