I called Richard about my leak around my toilet, on a Sunday. Richard told me to check the shark bite around the pipe. My coworker came over and sure enough it was the shark bite. I really appreciate the free advice and he saved me $$$ especially on a Sunday. I will definitely be calling Richard for other jobs. I really appreciate him being so honest.

Today was my first time using Richard's plumbing services, but it certainly won't be my last. Richard was so very kind & accommodating to squeeze in an appointment for us at the end of his workday. He was very knowledgeable, professional, & reasonably priced. Most of I all, he did QUALITY work (which is hard to find nowadays). I highly recommend him!

We have a frozen pipe to our kitchen sink which is facing the wall to outside. We called Richard today because both sides of it are backed up. He talked us through many things and he charged absolutely nothing! We are SO grateful that we called him first! He wasn't trying to make money, he was trying to help us out and for us not to be charged needlessly. He definitely has our business for any issues going forward!!!
