I've used Advanced Systems a few times over the years. They added some beams in a rental that was having water issues. My dad recently used them for an issue in the corner of his basement. I used them for a house my wife and I purchased in need of major remodeling including a massive leaking problem in the basement. They added beams, sealed all the cracks, installed a drain system around the entire basement and installed 2 egress windows. That was all done nearly 3 years ago and everything's still great.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! We bought a new house that ended up getting water in the basement. Advanced Systems came out to stabilize one wall and fill in the cracks. They tried to save a built in bookshelf upon my request, but it ended up getting dampness around it about a year later. Advanced Systems came out within 3 business days of my call and fixed the cracks that day — all covered under my warranty. As a first time home owner, they even stuck around after the job was done to answer questions and make suggestions about my yard drainage issues. Wonderful and compassionate crew!
We could not be happier with the job Advanced Systems did on our basement. The job of waterproofing and stabilizing the basement walls was completed in Dec of 2018. We have had no water in our basement since. Very happy with the service and results. Jim and Shari Gillett, Paintbrush Properties
