Setting up appointment online was easy. Check- in online needed lots of info about medical history & medications. Check-in at office was weird. Asked to sit then called to desk twice once for questions about insurance & need for appt, then 2nd call to pay. Seen twice within a week by 2 professional providers.
Friendly atmosphere. Providers seem to care about the patients coming in to the clinic and seem knowledgeable about what is needed. Very good alternative if you are unable to see your primary care physician when needed. Thank you to the Urgent Care staff!
Was in town for a holiday, not feeling well. Got right in, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient, the nurse practitioner listed to my complaint and has helped me feel better within 30 hours. very pleased with the care I received here.
