They scheduled an appointment for my daughter but she went and they were closed. I have a picture of the card they gave us for that extact day. I called they said that the appointment was never made on their end and they were closed for a staff meeting. The girls up at the front are very rude. Especially the one that has been here for years. Also the whole walk in deal just to tell you, you have to wait for hours to be seen is wild.

Came in early December, did the paper work. Make a copy of my insurance, I had to bring the paper work home and brought it in and never heard back from them.

Today, I call them and apparently they lost all that information🤦

Claim to have a zero tolerance drug policy for their employees, but that’s a lie. Unfortunately, I no longer feel comfortable allowing my child to receive services from them because of this.
