My husband has been going to City Kuts for several years, always with great results, but lately, things have been going downhill. The last few appointments have been extremely unprofessional. Before Easter, my husband scheduled a hair cut. When he arrived he was told it would be an hour late. This has been the norm lately. After waiting for the hour he was told to come back in another hour. He did this and was still waiting. He sat in his car for 45 minutes and when he tried to go back to the shop the door was locked.This morning when he showed up for his appointment the door was locked and the phone rings and rings. Best Barber shop in town by far!! I would like to give a shout out to Ken Jones, he did the best hair cut I've ever had by far! I went in on a Saturday and his 10 o'clock appointment didn't show and I was a walk-in. He cut my hair exactly as I asked and even did a trim up on my beard the old school way with the blade and oiled it up and brushed it. I was really impressed and quick friendly service. A really chill atmosphere with old school music, pretty awesome setup. Definatly recommend going there if you want your hair done with someone who pays attention to details!!

Moved away from Kutztown a year ago and still drive the 40 minutes back just for the hair cut. Best hair cut I've found for hair cuts. They even have wifi for when the line is long I can get some work done!
