I would give this salon 10 stars if I could! This was my first experience getting a pedi and mani together. Vanessa was just wonderful. I am usually pretty reserved but decided to try the bright Christmas red polish with a little sparkle. My nails are terribly thin and she put tips on them and dipped. It is beautiful and I can't quit looking at them! ha The salon is so clean and sanitary. I have been to other salons, out-of-town, where they use the same files and sponges on

I didnt even want to give this place a full star but i had to in order to leave a review. I spent 1 day for the last 3 weeks for at least 3 1/2 hours each time trying to get a silver platinum color or close to it. So why after spending a total of $345.00 my hair is purple and yellow. My hair was healthy and not color treated. It should not look like this after 9 hours of coloring. When the stylist asked me what i think i said. Its ugly. Its purple and yellow. This is not silver. But another stylist if thats what you want to call them made it her business to tell me i could of told her differently. No maam there is no other way to say the color is ugly and not what ive spent over $300 and 9 hours to acheive. They offered to do something else to it..i just spent 3 1/2 hour there after working all night and no sleep and have to work again that night. So i make an attempt to contact the stylist to schedule whatever it is they want to do and i am being ignored. WOW. This is the absolute worst place to get amything done PERIOD. a waist of time and money. I wouldnt even take a dog to get groomed her. Now i have to spend even more money to find a PROFESSIONAL stylist to fix the disaster left on my now damaged ugly multicolored purple yellowish hair. Do not go to this salon if you want professional results. 95% of their clientel are elderly people. They go there cause they cant see the mess they do to their hair. No wonder i had never heard of this place. Cause it simply is the worst place to go to achieve goid result. And tmif they want to work in customer service they need to practice customer care. Oh and learn how to color hair! :)
