Just had Westerhouse install a new furnace and AC unit. The sales process was refreshingly low-pressure — the options were laid out clearly with honest explanations of the tradeoffs, which made it easy to feel confident in my decision.
The installation crew was professional and respectful of my home, and they moved quickly to get everything scheduled and installed. Post install they handled product warranty registration and turned around my utility company efficiency credit paperwork fast once I gave them what they needed.
