The website will still let you make an appointment but they are closed due to a water heater issue. We have a great store here and it shouldn't take so long to get a water heater in this place. Losing business and I'm sure employees, when they aren't cutting hair or even open to buy product... Over an issue you'd think a company could solve in a day or two. I know when I recently had to get a guy over for my own water heater, they responded within a day. Just my thoughts, no negitive Outlook on the employees at all, just feel like this store could be helped out before it's too late for them.
