“Jordan showed up immediately when he found out that my mom's 's basement flooded with sewage water. He was very polite, very nice, great bedside manner. He told us how to go about doing things gave us great advice. The best thing they specialize is in hoarding. My mom's basement was full from wall to ceiling. You can barely walk around. They cleaned it out within a day or two and it was amazing how fast they were. The crew was really fun to talk to. Great people with great personality and polite. I was really impressed how fast they worked, how fast they got here and how much they got done within a short amount of time. Mary was wonderful. She explained to me everything that was going to happen. She was very helpful and had a wonderful to talk to. I couldn't ask for better people that is family owned, to do the best job possible for the reasonable amount it charge. Some people on these low star reviews don't understand that their crew, puts their health on the line, dealing with biohazards, heavy lifting and dangerous obstacles that they regularly encounter. This is not one of the safer jobs to do. I know you can't pay me enough to do the same work that they do. That's why they charge what they charge, and willing to help people who maybe need a payment plan. Most companies charge interest. From what I seen on reviews, Stover's does not. Be glad that you're not like other companies. I see that there are low raters who want to talk to talk, well then they better walk the walk. I'm pretty sure Jordan is looking for more strong employees who would like to get down and dirty dealing all those health hazards. I appreciate all their hard work! They're very good with what they do, they are efficient and fast. They are very careful dealing with fragile items when it comes to moving things. I would recommend them to anyone.“
