Very unhappy with my last experience with Burnap Bros… it took them over a month to get to my project which was installing a new hot water heater… the tech knew before coming to my home I needed a new hot water heater installed. Instead of getting right to work he spent over 2 hours trying to fix my old hot water heater which I had already paid someone else to do and was told I needed a new one.. hence why I called them. After getting my bill and seeing I was charged for hours of labor of trying to fix a broken hot water that we already knew was broke I was told they were sorry but weren’t going to do anything about it. I would not hire this company again nor refer any of my clients to them for their services. They spend extra time to get more money at the expense of other people.Service: Boiler repair
