“We were promptly put in a room for my son in the ER. Immediately after arriving in the ER he was met with a nurse who started asking questions as his vitals were taken. Not long after, the doctor arrived and started with his evaluation. Everyone we came in contact with was positive, nice, and reassuring for my son who does have some anxiety being in an ER setting. Thankfully, my son seemed unphased with the reason he was in the ER to begin with, but every person who came in contact with him took it seriously and sat intently to hear us out about what had occurred. The doctor did a great job doing a physical evaluation to make sure that my son was wasn’t hurt or had anything concerning going on with him. I am confident that if something was happening Dr. Bowles would have caught it and taken appropriate action to help my son. Great and prompt experience!“
