Had a laptop emergency on a Friday afternoon. Joel came to my house and figured out the problem, and then took my laptop home to work on it - to return it to me early Sat. morning. I run a small nonprofit out of my home office - and was desperate to have my laptop up and running STAT. Joel was the right person for the job! He also is good at sharing useful tech info in a manner that I could understand.
