Great place! Very helpful and educational, while also improving fitness.
Mr. Estes and myself have been Best Friends for over 30 years. Martial Arts is how we met. It's an Honor to be his Friend, and one of his assistant instructors.
Excellent school, both of my kids have been going here for several years. Mr. Estes is a great teacher and really patient with the kids, while instilling discipline and respect.
