On 06/08/22 right after the fierce storm hit Overland Park, I woke up early morning to a huge amount of tree damage on my property. I called two companies - Van Booven Tree Care and Elite Tree Service. They both told me that there was a lot of storm damage and they would try to come out that morning. I told them both that I was calling other tree services and would use the one who arrived first, but they must call me when they arrived.Sometime later I heard machinery outside my house and saw some men moving some downed tree limbs onto my property from the street - it was Van Booven. I contacted Van Booven and another company after the recent storm. I asked both of them to call me when they arrived. I figured I would take the first company who got there, and contact the other one not to come. I did not know Van Booven had arrived and was already working because they did not contact me or ring my door bell. I looked out my window and no one was there in front of my house. So when the other company called, I told them to come out.
