Dr. Kieffer gives exceptional care. He takes time to give a thorough exam and explains things very well. Dodge City is fortunate to have Dr. Kieffer and Epic Vision.December 2020Epic Vision in Dodge City has a different doctor. Dr. Hiesterman is also a fine doctor. He provided a quality exam.

One thing I liked the most about Epic Vision was that they sent me text reminders, and the paperwork ahead of time. I was able to prepare for my appointment, which made the process that much more quick. The assistants were all so polite and the doctor was very helpful. He worked with getting me into contacts that he thought were best for me, but also worked with my insurance. I loved the fact that they looked so closely at my insurance to make sure I was getting the best deal. I would recommend this business to anybody and everybody.

My son was having a paperwork issue with the military regarding his eyes. The staff and doctor at Epic Vision Eye Centers bent over backwards to help him with this issue. Everyone was very accommodating and willing to help. My family will gladly drive 2 hours for such great service!!
