Jeff responded quickly to come look at refrigerator in garage. Ordered part and was fixed within a couple days. Would definitely recommend!
Jeff has great working relationships with dealers and manufacturers in Dodge. He came highly recommended, and didn't disappoint! He was quick to respond and fit us into his schedule the same day. He tried to find the parts we needed for our Midea fridge/freezer. When the parts couldn't be located, he advocated for us to get a replacement from DC Appliance despite the warranty expiring. He worked hard to help us even though we were never charged for his time. I will definitely call him again in the future!!!
