A family owned business that truly cares! After years of animals, kids and a remodel my home was in dire need of duct cleaning. The guys came out and discovered that my HVAC system was full of water so we'd have to postpone the cleaning. They got the water cleaned up helped me find the right filter to replace the wet one. I had my HVAC guy come out later that day and paid him the service fee to inform me that Vortex had already fixed the issue! Working with my schedule they came back 5 days later and completed the duct cleaning. There aren't many companies left that will go above and beyond to help their costumers. The two guys that came to our house to clean out our air ducts and clean out our dryer duct, were VERY polite, VERY professional, VERY thorough, and cleaned up after themselves too! I would highly recommend VORTEX!
