From the very beginning, Eric Hogan made the entire process so easy. He was incredibly kind, patient, responsive, and took the time to answer every question we had. Choosing new flooring is a big investment, and he made us feel confident every step of the way.

The installation crew was just as amazing. The three gentlemen who installed our floors were professional, respectful, hardworking, and genuinely kind. As a mom, having workers in my home while my daughter and I were there was something I was a little nervous about, but they immediately put me at ease. I always felt completely safe and comfortable with them in my home, and they treated us with so much respect.

What really impressed me was how they went above and beyond. They found our leftover paint in the garage and touched up a few areas that they didn't have to, simply because they wanted everything to look its best. It's those little acts of care that really set this company apart.

And the floors... I am absolutely in love with them! They completely transformed our home. It honestly feels like we bought a brand-new house. Our rooms look bigger, brighter, and so much more updated, and I find myself smiling every time I walk through the door.
