From purchasing the lot to building this concrete house, Bob Cook oversaw every step of the process. My home was completed in 2008, and after 17 years of living here, it still feels as solid and unchanged as the day I moved in. This concrete house not only provides durability but also offers excellent sound insulation and energy efficiency. I couldn't be happier - Bob Cook Homes truly built a castle for me, and I can't imagine anything better.

We are 2 months away from the 10th anniversary of buying & living in a Bob Cook built home & we couldn’t be happier. After 10 years you can easily determine the quality of a home. We’ve had zero issues & have not put any money towards repairs. This is the 3rd home I’ve had built & lived in for a significant period of time. The other 2 homes required much money in repairs especially after the 4-to-5 year ownership period. These other homes were constructed by builders other than Bob Cook. His team builds houses that stand the test of time. By the way, the building experience was also superb as Bob Cook’s team were attentive & detail-oriented.... read full review

Bob and Ben poured an amazing stamped concrete upper patio. They utilized beautiful boulders in a phenomenal design by our lake that connected both patios. Quality craftsmanship through and through.
