Doctor was fine, ordering glasses a disaster. And they never measure to make sure the glasses fit correctly the way may previous provider did, so they they just aren't right. Whoever does the lenses socks, as they do not put on the antireflective coating and the I get pushback from the office about what I know is wrong. Shouldn't have to shell out hundreds of dollars for glasses that give you headaches because they don't measure the focal distance, don't measure where the bifocals should go, and don't put on the coatings you ask for.

Reception was friendly enough but due to the staff person having incorrectly recorded the model number the first time (and possibly the second time) and having to wait for several weeks at a time just to find out if they could order the frames I was wanting only to find that they weren't available, I lost out on my benefits this year to order glasses using my benefits. Incredibly frustrating.

Helpful courteous staff. Dr Glover was helpful and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. Was here earlier with a clients appointment. Look forward to getting my new glasses❤️
