Jason Johnson conducted and filed surveys on two tracts of land for us. They were required in order to sell the land and were difficult because the original deeds had been defined as Government Lots using a river as the boundary. Not only had the river moved significantly, but previous generations of farmers had apparently decided to swap land due to a dike that had been built. Jason researched it, produced new legal descriptions, and assisted in getting a Boundary Line Agreement that sorted out the whole mess. I highly recommend this company.

We had found Jason a few years ago when we was in need of some survey work and was having a hard time getting anyone out to do it in the time frame we needed it done. He was able to work with a short window of time and did an amazing job and his pricing was very reasonable. Fast forward a couple years and we had another property that needed a survey and I did not hesitate to call him and once again he surpassed our expectations! I cannot not say enough good things about this guy and his staff!
