Was scheduled to have my dogs groomed and appointment was canceled due to (their) illness. When I was finally able to get in contact with them to reschedule could not get back in for six months. Showed up with my dogs at the scheduled appointment and they mysteriously were not on the schedule. (I drove over 40 minutes to get to my appointment) They agreed to honor my appointment but not even five minutes after dropping them off I received a call asking me to come pick them up that they were not going to groom them. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I am not normally from NW Kansas, but am currently living with family and was desperately in need of a Dog Groomer. Our experience at Pampered Pets Day Spa was amazing! They were able to get both my dogs in for a nail trim next day, and they did a great job working with my Malamute mix who can get nervous at the groomer. I really appreciate Grace's help, and as long as I am in the area I will be utilizing their services.
