Came to work on my washing machine left to see if they have the part my washer needed didn't come back finally called them to find out it had to be ordered could have called me let me know instead of leave me waiting on them to come back. Then our fridge quit cooling it's going on a month and they have been out 4 times and still don't know what is wrong. They say they will call you and let you know what they are going to do but they never call it's ridiculous

I can call, or go in to McClellan's and get any part available with genuine service from people that truly care. There is never as good of a time as now to support small business and they will have mine!

Replaced the same part on my dryer twice. The thermal switch - was not inspected the first go around to even find out what was causing that to stop. The 2nd time still not working, I called the same day to let them know. I did not get a call back for almost a week I had to contact them AGAIN and the interaction was very unprofessional also was being told I would have to wait 2 weeks MORE 🙃, that other people are in the same boat as me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

overall terrible experience.
If you are getting an appliance fixed beware it may take 2 - 3 months or infinity.
- had the same part replaced twice dryer would only heat once it was replaced nothing after. That took a good 3 weeks. 2nd time I notified them and hear nothing for a week till I reach back out and get told It would be another 2 weeks to get back here. That other people are in the same boat.
Getting the same part replaced every other week ??? NO THANK YOU.

They came to repair my washing machine that was purchased 3 months ago. They have attempted repairs twice now stating it should be good to go and when I went to wash clothes that same day it had the same issue. Call first thing the next day the lady on the phone was dismissive of my issue because I've been waiting at this point over a month for it to be repaired and I have to wait all weekend again before they attempt to fix it for the third time.

Excellent service, Mike McClellan came out to see what needed to be done for my fridge to run properly. He explained everything so that I understood the lingo?. Secretary was very kind and helpful also. Will definitely call on them again.

Wow!!!!! Absolutely AWESOME!!! Went to buy a new washing machine and the young gentleman said he might be able to fix my broken one, he looked at it and in 15 mins it was fixed!!! Will definitely be back for any appliance needs!! Highly recommend!!!
