Didn't try to up sell me or try to over complicate things. He gave me some good advice on replacing my igniter on my gas oven and got my part for me. They do have many parts on hand and can help you identify and order other parts. Thanks. My oven is working now.
I can call, or go in to McClellan's and get any part available with genuine service from people that truly care. There is never as good of a time as now to support small business and they will have mine!
