By far the best equipped gym I've ever been to, not just in sonoma County but anywhere I've ever traveled to. Owners are super friendly and everyone is very dedicated and focused on working out ???
Good atmosphere. Small building but clean. Limited weights. They have what you need to workout but if its busy there isn't enough to go around. Sign up process was easy and I like that they do month to month.
I am currently training with a trainer Gerano. He is being very attentive and empathetic to couple issues that I had. I had lower back pain and he definitely does some magic with it, I feel much better!!!
