Not only did he replace our 30-year-old AC unit and furnace.... But he went through all of the options and explained the differences and explained why he thought we needed the options we were given to choose from. We were tickled pink that we were able to choose the best of the three options and still be able to afford it! As we had already gotten previous bids that were through the ceiling out of our reach. He was already servicing our house with our old system so then when you add on the dependability and being local and knowing he's going to be there when you need him there's your big bonus! Contacted Houston with RedBird Service Co and he promptly made it to our house to get our heater operating correctly. He explained in detail about what he was testing to diagnose the furnace correctly. It was an evening time call and he didn’t hesitate to solve our issue. Much appreciated and highly recommend.
